Berlin, Du nie versiegender Quell von Punkbands, die nicht so klingen wie irgendeine andere schon einmal dagewesene "just another synthie and guitars band" und dabei so tight daherkommen, als hätten sie in der Konstellation im ersten Jahr schon mind. drei vier Lenze auf dem Buckel. Jetzt Rouge mit ihrer ersten EP und die Member machen damit potentielles Namedropping ihrer weiteren Bands einfach mal zack zack überflüssig. Unmittelbar, neu und organisch. Rhythmisch angesurfte Gitarren, koketter Synthesizer, fixiertes Schlagzeug, melodiös und verspielter (Lead-)Bass und eine Stimme, die alle Register von unaufgeregt-erzählerisch, nölig bis kieksend-heiserer Empörung ziehen kann, bilden hier die Eckpfeiler Eurer neuen Lieblingsband.
